Musical Kids started in February 2014 when musician, child educator and new mother Kelly Kalden saw a need for a music based program for young children in smaller communities.



Musical Kids is a program using music as the vehicle to offer a multisensory experience in children of all ages but specifically for young learners ages 0 - 5.  

 

From the time a child is born to when they begin school, their minds and bodies go through more changes than they will see in their lifetime.  Their young minds are thirsty for new experiences and to learn about this fascinating world around them.

Music is an incredible messenger of information as it is one of the few activities in which stimulates all parts of the brain simultaneously.  

Researchers have found profound effects of music in the development of children.  It has been proven that music can stimulate the mind but imagine watching your young child learn language, social skills, and build confidence through a fun, interactive and relaxed environment made just for young learners.  Musical Kids is about the process of learning and enjoying music, the outcome is truly endless.  Musical Kids would like to be able to offer such an opporunity to you and your family.
